		<description>Well put! Looking back over the years I&#039;ve recently realized I&#039;ve consulted a lot more than I thought I did. I&#039;m a problem solver by nature, and there is certainly a tendency to want to solve the problem right away and be a hero.  The solutions that worked the best were the ones where I took time to really understand the problem, made sure the client understood the real problem, and only then came up with a solution.</description>
